About Me

My name is Rosella, and I am a qualified integrative counsellor with practices in Sutton, Surrey, and South-West London, SW4.

I work with primary school children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. My experience includes working with established organisations such as the Sutton Women’s Centre and Place2Be, addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, anger management, domestic and sexual abuse, self-harming behaviours, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, low self-confidence, low self-esteem and more.  This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills to support individuals through different stages of life, offering tailored support based on each person’s unique needs.

Additionally, my background in the corporate travel industry – spanning various roles and international experiences – brings a heightened empathy for mental health issues in the workplace, such as stress, anxiety, depression, conflicts, work fatigue, burnout, performance pressure, bullying, harassment, and other related challenges.

Having lived and worked in different countries with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, I offer a multicultural perspective to my practice. This experience has deepened my understanding of issues related to identity, belonging, and cultural adjustment, enabling me to offer inclusive and culturally sensitive therapy. I recognise how cultural and societal influences shape a person’s sense of self, and I believe this understanding is essential in promoting personal growth, emotional healing, and greater self-awareness.

As a former volleyball player and a passionate practitioner of swimming and yoga, my life revolves around staying active and embracing a healthy lifestyle. I believe exercise is a powerful way to build self-confidence, compassion, and resilience while fostering the connection between mind and body. These experiences inspire my holistic approach to well-being, helping others find balance, self-awareness, and harmony in their lives.

Whether I’m working with adults or children, my focus remains on creating a therapeutic environment where each person feels respected, understood, and empowered to grow. Together, we will work to create lasting, positive change.

As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their Ethical Framework, ensuring that you receive the highest level of professional and confidential care.
